Solo Traveler
Hotel in disarray. Caution tape blocking steps to upper level ripped up, extremely small room for double occupancy, one bed blocked bathroom door from closing, power went out in morning in our room only. For the money, all 4 of us were very disappointed. ...read more

The hotel is totally lacking in maintenance, the pool was filthy, rooms were not clean .

Business Traveler
From the second, I walked in to check in, I had a bad feeling about this hotel. The check-in was slow. They didn't have my reservation ready and was slow at checking me in. When I got to back door of the hotel, you had to use your keycard to get in, well in was broken so much for safety. As I walked to my room, the hallways were dirty and rundown. I got to my room and had trouble getting into the door. It was stuck. When I got in, the room was dark, the ceiling had water stains and was falling down, the bathroom was dirty. It felt itchy. I went to use the so called fitness center, both treadmills were not working nor was the stair climber that too was rundown and nothing worked. The pool looked liked it hadn't been cleaned so I wouldn't think twice about swimming in there. There were noises all night long that kept me up. When I called the hotel staff to change rooms, they said they had no open rooms. I went down to their hotel restaurant and waited 5 minutes to be seated and no one came to seat me. So I left and went next door to the Chinese Restaurant which was wonderful. I tried to get another hotel, but had trouble finding one. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you like rundown, dirty places to stay. Save your money stay else where. ...read more

Traveling as Couple
Will not stay here again. Toilet ran all night even after calls to front desk. Then sink started filling from the drain from somewhere that brought an awful stink and mess.

Traveling as Couple
The other patrons of the hotel let their children run and scream after the pool and facilities are closed for use. This makes it impossible to get a good nights sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone on business. ...read more

Business Traveler
Everyone friendly and helpful, good food. I requested wired Internet when reservation made and at check-in. Had to be moved to 2 other rooms to finally get wired Internet. It was a big inconvenience time-wise as I needed the Internet to prepare for scheduled meetings cost me 5 hours. Once resolved, everything was great. ...read more
